Uploading Files
Uploading files is done inside the folder view screen. There is currently a 64 MB
maximum file size on each file uploaded.
You may upload any type of file to the Intranet, you are not restricted to just generic image or text formats.
You can upload both Mac and PC files, just keep in mind that the person retrieving these files later must have compatable programs to view them.

File Name - This is a friendly, descriptive name for the file, and will be seen by users.
It may be different than the actual filename on your system. For example, you can upload a file that is
on your computer as 'budget_prelim_03.xls', but you can call it 'Preliminary Budget 2003' when you upload it.
Select File - Click the browse button and a window will pop up showing you your computer.
Browse around your local hard drive until you locate the file, and click Open. The full path of
the file should appear in the text area.
When you click 'Upload', your computer must transfer all the data to the server for
posting. This may take a long time depending on the file size, and your connection speed
to the server.
