WebIntranet Tour
Navigation
The navigation column is your tool to jump from folder to folder in the Intranet.
The navigation menu is produced dynamically based on how your intranet folders are organized, and which folders your username has access to. It may look similar to the following example:
Home Page - Takes you to your welcome page.
Personal Folder - Drops you into your personal folder, where you can store any personal files that other normal users won't have access to. All users get a personal folder unless they are assigned to a group that does not allow it.
Browse Top Level - This link will drop you into the "root" of the intranet where view files not placed in a specific folder.
Folder Links - Plain Folders are marked with a white box ( ).
Folders that have sub-folders are marked with a plus box ( )
unless they are already expanded, and are marked with a minus box ( ).
If you click on a plus box, the folder list will expand. Likewise, if you click on a minus box,
the folder list will collapse. If you click on any folder name, you will be taken into the folder
to browse files.
Administration - If your username is set up to be an administrator, you can click this link
to view the administration area, where you can manage users, groups, folders, applications, and more.
Log Out - This link will log you out of the intranet and place you back to the login screen.
