Intranet Administration
Users & Disk Space - Tells you how many users/space of total allowed you currently are using.
Log-In Screen Message - If you enter some text/HTML into this box, it will show up on the very first log-in screen.
Home Page Announcements - If you enter text/HTML into this box, it will show up on each users' home page.
Zip Code - Sets the zip code for the current weather on home page.
New Logo - If you wish, you may upload a company logo to be displayed on the left side of the header. The image must be a GIF and fit within the dimensions stated.
Folder Administration
Here you can add, rename, move, and delete all folders inside your Intranet.
User Administration

Folder Icon - Click this to enter the user's personal folder.
User Name - Click this to edit the user's information, and to view user's activity.
User Type - Sets the permission level of the user. Values are:
Read Only - User can only view & download files.
Normal - User can view & download, and upload but not overwrite files.
Advanced - User can view & download, upload & overwrite files, but not delete.
Trusted - User can view & download, upload & overwrite files, move & delete files and create & delete folders.
Admin - Full access to file management, as well as Administration area.
Trash Icon - Deletes this user.
Group Administration
Groups are mainly used to tie users down to specific areas of the Intranet. When you create a group, give it
a name, and choose whether or not the users in that group have a Personal Folder. You can then assign users to the group
and choose which folders they can see.
