WebIntranet Tour

Introduction
The WebIntranet.net service is a web-based file server. Users log into their company's area (company.webintranet.net or via a custom address like intranet.company.com) and can then begin using the service. A user will browse the navigation menu on the left to choose a folder to view, then can view and download files, or upload files into the folder. Setup for companies and users is very simple and quick!

Welcome Page
When a user first logs in, they are placed on the welcome page.

Weather - The current weather for your company zip code is displayed in the upper right corner. Information includes temperature and wind along with a graphic. The zip code can be changed in the admin area.

Announcements - Any announcements will be displayed at the top of the screen. Announcements may be modified by administrators through the admin area.

Recent File List - If administrators have selected a list of files to display on the welcome page, they will display here. If no specific files have been chosen, a list of the last 5 recently uploaded files will be displayed. You can click the folder name to jump to that folder, or click directly on the file to view it.
